#144 No Thumbnails with ext2fsd

When using ext2fsd, thumbnails do not appear for files on ext2+ partitions (ext4 in particular). This makes it difficult to visually browse large folders filled with images. Thumbnails appear to work correctly for some images, but only a minority (I have no idea why they work for a few but not all), and they will also work for images that were copied over from an ntfs partition (where thumbnails work correctly)
