If Download folder is moved to Ext4 partition, then Firefox can't proceed downloads normally. Download task starts fine, goes fine. But browser fails to finish it, I mean it fails in renaming of "some_file.ext.part" to "some_file.ext". But "some_file.ext.part" is a fully-downloaded file at the same time.
