#113 Long time to create/copy file on a near full disk

I have a 750GB disk with about 60MB of free space. If I try and create a new file, new folder or copy a small file, it takes about 40 seconds to complete. At first I thought it locked up, but it eventually completes, after which everything appears normal. I've tested this on Windows 7 64-bit only. This happens on version 0.50 and 0.51, but not on 0.48, and in fact I'm currently using 0.48 for this reason.
