Tried to build the latest cvs source without tcl and tk support. The configure script blows with the following message:

checking for Tcl configuration... configure: error: no directory doesn't contain tclConfig.sh

Looks like the --without-tcl is taken for --with-tcl=no, and since now --with-tcl expects a directory as parameter 'no' is treated as a directory.

Also tried building without the switch, then it of course tries to find the include files.
