Code_GIT Merge Request #1: Add suffix to debug build on Windows (merged)

Added suffix "d" to lib/dll on Windows to differentiate output from the two configurations to avoid them overwriting each other. Went with "d" as requested in https://sourceforge.net/p/expat/bugs/323/#868d

Yeah I saw that the commit message was in the wrong order when it appeared on the website. Will think of the indentation if I provide any additional contributions.
