developed code base -> blocks can now theoretically be outsourced partially (only the key information of all included transactions, but that is the majority in terms of used space of a block). More outsourcing won't be effective for various reasons within the GUI version.
The code base for insourcing those information back again is done as well.
This functionality won't be enabled before 0.63/0.7; when the full solution should be available (more testing and algorithm is needed to determine what to out-/insource at what time)
since this is still low priorized, no more work gets done here in the next days.
