Unfortunately, the current XPath implementation processes predicate 
expressions relative to the context node set of the predicate. This is one of 
the limitations, eXist currently has. Thus, the subexpression 
//POOR[type="dec"]/Related is not resolved correctly. I have to address this 
issue when reimplementing the XPath engine.
