I guess the problem is on the XMLRPC communication level. The XMLRPC laye=
r=20
uses UTF-8 for transport, which interferes with the Big5 encoding in the =
XML=20
declaration. To avoid this, pass the XML as a Big5 encoded byte[] to the=20
"parse" method in Store.java, e.g.:

// set parameters for XML-RPC call
byte[] bdata =3D xml.getBytes("Big5");
Vector params =3D new Vector();
params.addElement(bdata);
params.addElement(args[1]);
=2E..
