  [bugfix]: align BouncyCastle modules to override Tika 1.84

Force `bcprov/bcutil/bcpkix/bcjmail` to `${bouncycastle.version}` so
exploded lib/ does not mix BC 1.85 with Tika's 1.84

close #6589
