Hi, The org.w3c.Node document says that Element.getNodeValue returns null. But eXists returns the Node content. If you fix this and you start a connection you get a NullPointer Exception in User.hasGroup because the groups are set to null when User has been Constructed with User(Element Node). I fixed this with: Text group; for ( int i = 0; i < gl.getLength(); i++ ) { try { group = (Text) gl.item( i ); groups.add( group.getNodeValue() ); } catch (Exception e) { } } This seems more W3C-Compatible then the "old-Style" Btw. What is the reason that Element returns non null? Karsten |
