[Exist-open] Problems by running eXist

Hi

by running exist.bat I have the following error message:

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: javax/xml/parsers/ParserConfigurationException

I have checked all the jar files and my classpath and I don't know what to do
Help is welcome.
