Basically yes, but there were bugs in previous versions which may have
messed up your indexes. Since you were already getting those warnings from
the consistency checker, I would recommend to make a full backup and restore
it into a clean 1.4.1. If you just copy the database files, you would also
copy any errors in the btree indexes, which will likely result in more
serious issues Don the road.
