Sorry for late response but I was on holidays. Yes, I have scheduled XQuery task which executes set of 'update replace' operations on huge number of XML nodes. Index I mentioned is nothing but XML (partitioned into several physical documents in one collection). Scheduled task runs against one set of documents and builds (rebuilds) another set of documents. It also appears when task is launched by hand. I've repeated my test on the latest 1.4.x built from stable branch. I've got still IndexOfBoundsException error but on console something more appeared (in attachment). Database become corrupted (unable to delete resource and create collection using java client). I suppose that main problem is that is long running job (several minutes) and huge number of document modifications. I will look further into the case and maybe I could provide a test case (not so small) when we agree on NDA. So you have a Scheduled XQuery Task which is running XQuery Update extensions against your documents, in particular 'update replace...' ? > First indexing (with creation of document and inserting structure) working > fine. When content re-indexed an error was shown (in middle of the process, > check scheduler.log). After that I tried to re-index using sandbox (in > contrast to previous in job) but problem was still there (check exist.log). If your indexes are not already corrupt somehow, then it looks like you are hitting an issue in the XQuery Update extensions and/or indexing. Can you tell us how to reproduce this locally with the minimal amount of work? > I decided to switch to newer version hoping that it is fixed (there was one > with IndexOfBoundsException). I hope so, but we need some further answers and a reproducible test case. > --- > > Marcin Stefaniuk > > > > PKO Bank Polski > > Departament Rozwoju Aplikacji > > Wydział Rozwoju Platform Usług i Procesów Biznesowych > > Warszawa, ul.
