Hi, It seems the format of the result of the REST API has changed recently. At least, it is not the same as in the official doc. The attributes are now in the eXist namespace, while they were in no namespace before. Send the following to http://localhost:8080/exist/rest/db/: <query xmlns="http://exist.sourceforge.net/NS/exist"> <text>1</text> </query> the result is then: <exist:result xmlns:exist="http://exist.sourceforge.net/NS/exist" exist:hits="1" exist:start="1" exist:count="1"> <exist:value exist:type="xs:integer">1</exist:value> </exist:result> even though the doc <http://exist-db.org/devguide_rest.html> says it should be instead (note the attributes are not in any namespace): <exist:result xmlns:exist="http://exist.sourceforge.net/NS/exist" hits="1" start="1" count="1"> <exist:value type="xs:integer">1</exist:value> </exist:result> I am not sure this is a bug or a deliberate change.
