OK, so P1-7 is waiting to get a write lock on this document, but is blocked
by P1-1 and P1-3, which hold a read lock. Looking at the stack trace, it
seems that P1-1 and P1-3 are idle, it so I think their locks have not been
correctly released.

Are you using any java code which acquires read locks on documents without
releasing them?
