[Exist-open] Java client tools->restore does not preserve collection ownership, group and permissions

I am working with permissions and ownership of files.  I tested a backup of a full tree of collections and resources.  The ownership, group and permissions of resources are properly preserved, but collections are not.

The backup __contents__.xml has the collections ownership and permissions as

	owner: foo group: bar mode: 664 (rw-rw-r--)

The java client after restore shows the collection ownership and permissions as 

	owner: admin group: dba mode: 644 (rw-r--r--)

This is an important bug.
