We're working on narrowing down the dom.dbx growth issue, and if we can fix it directly will contribute the fix back to the community, or will work with Wolfgang to fix the issue. We're in the process of troubleshooting it now, so it shouldn't be long until we have a solution. However, I would not expect it to be that large. What also irritates me is that getContentLength returns a large number as well. Another user has reported an exploding dom.dbx under certain conditions as well. I think we'll need to do some testing here.
