The REST servlet ignores the media type set by the stylesheet. This
behaviour can be changed by adding a parameter to the EXistServlet
configuration in web.xml:

<init-param>
  <param-name>dynamic-content-type</param-name>
  <param-value>true</param-value>
</init-param>

I can't remember why we did not set this as default... I guess it was
some backwards compatibility issue.
