[Exist-open] Articles in webapp/doc for deploying eXist to the Amazon cloud

Dan and I have added an article for setting up a CentOS server to  
install eXist using the yum command (webapp/doc/deployment/centos/ 
readying-centos-for-exist.xml). This is a part of the steps for  
deploying onto the Amazon cloud.  The rest will be in an article in  
webapp/doc/deployment/cloud/amazon-ec2/installing-exist-on-amazon- 
ec2.xml after I have photoshopped the screen captures.

I will also be creating a document for using macports to get a Mac OS  
X environment setup for eXist.
