Category: None Group: None Status: Open Resolution: None Priority: 5 Private: No Submitted By: Gregory (grosensteel) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: Clustering does not work Initial Comment: I am trying to get two standalone exist database instances working in a cluster. The problem is that the two databases do not see each other using the jgroup/multicast implementation, and thus do not communicate. I debugged a bit using the jgroup receiver: jgroups-all.jar org.jgroups.tests.McastReceiverTest and verified that both exist instances were sending pings on the multicast address, but neither was able to see the other on the network. The only change I made to the conf.xml is to make the database implementation 'native_cluster'. This is on build eXist-setup-1.2.4-rev8072.jar Please let me know if you need my conf.xml or exist.log output ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=117691&aid=2393562&group_id=17691 |
