OK, fresh install (1.2.3-rev7866, java 1.6.0-06), no conf.xml or server.xml 
tweaks whatsoever, and i'm still getting the errors (and they're still not 
showing up in the logs).

This example is pretty much as simple as i can make it. If anyone at all on 
the list has an example of an XQuery submitted via the REST interface that 
successfully uses transform:transform where the xsl file is stored in the 
database, i'd very much like to see it.
