Hi, I am new to eXist, XQuery sandbox and XQuery. This is the query I have entered into the sandbox xquery version "1.0"; declare namespace core = "http://www.lexisnexis.com/namespace/sslrp/core"; declare namespace lnci = "http://www.lexisnexis.com/namespace/common/lnci"; for $title in //core:entry-title &= "Act" return $title/text() I am trying to match all the core:entry-title elements within my documents that contain the word 'Act'. I then want to return just the text descendants of the core:toc-entry element, not the child elements. <core:entry-title>The Greene Committee and the Companies Act 1928 <lnci:cite type="paragraph-ref"><lnci:content>[21]</lnci:content></lnci:cite></core :entry-title> I.e. I want my query to return The Greene Committee and the Companies Act 1928 [21] The sandbox just displays an empty screen. Could someone please tell me where I am going wrong.
