Yes the "data" collection already exists, I created it with Webdav (which
answers your other question) I have tried it just in the root collection and
it still fails.

I am downloading a "fresh" install of the eXist.war and I will try it with
that.

Thanks for the response. I know that the Code it right there must be
something else wrong.
