No unfortunately it is not, because the fluent API requires java5 and
the 1.2.x release is built using java 1.4 ; we were not able to merge
it.

However you can....

- build it yourself: build.bat -f extensions\fluent\build.xml
- download (currently an older version) on http://fluent.exist-db.org
