The XPathQueryService is throwing errors when my XPath expressions involve the term 'xpointer'. For example, with the document: <root> <xpointer expression='/1/2/3/4'/> </root> and the query "/root/xpointer". I am getting the error message contained in the attached exist.log excerpt. The attached JUnit tests highlight the specificity of the problem to the term 'xpointer'. Interestingly, the 5th pair of tests indicate that the term is only a problem when used in a axis specification. Thus: "/root[*[local-name()='xpointer']]" is not a problem. Should I expect 'xpointer' to be treated as a keyword? Regards Geoff Shuetrim |
