[Exist-open] Migration to SVN complete

Hi,

I launched another attempt to import the source repository into SVN
and this time it all seems to be ok. The code compiles, the test suite
runs through and all files are found. I thus think we can declare the
switch to SVN complete and start committing. Information about SVN
