[Exist-open] out of memory problem

Hello,
I am trying to use eXist in my application as the dynamic XML databse.
Unfortunatelly after adding around 10 000 entries i got the exception out o=
f
memory.
Maybe someone can help me to solve this problem.
My computer has 1 GB of Ram so i do not think it is the problem of it...
