#1 Create interface to ExifTool

One of the prerequisites of this project is to be able to invoke the ExifTool and capture/parse the resulting output. This will allow:

1. The gathering of the tags currently set for each image file in the current view.
2. The setting of those tags.
3. The setting of other, supported but currently unset, tags.
