#5 Exif Manager cannot change information for files before 1980

If Exif Manager (or another utility) alters the Exif date to any time before 1/1/1980, Exif Manager cannot edit the file again.

Clicking on "Change" will yield a message box stating "File 'C:\Whatever\Whatever.jpg' does not exist! Press the refresh button and try again."

EM does correctly save dates prior to 1980, but it cannot access them to change any information after that original change.

The files are correctly listed, they just cannot be changed.

On a related note, you cannot "Open With" (from a right-click) Exif Manager for any file dated before 1980.
