#77 Exception with Method not found

I'd like to report this issue when importing from evernote to onenote. I've tried several of my notebooks and they all report the same issue

** JIT Debugging **
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

I had the same problem and then I remembered to check my version of .NET framework--I was not at the latest one that the tool page says is required:
"Evernote2Onenote requires .NET Framework 4.6. You can get this via Windows update or directly from here." (here=http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48130)
