#66 No program/GUI visible after running (do see it running in task manager)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Attempt to run Evernote2Onenote.exe

1. What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
   Expect the program to run. I get the UAC Pop-up and can see the service running in Windows Task manager but no program/GUI is visible.

2. Did/tried the following:

3. Updated .NET from 4.52 to 4.6 and restarted windows
4. Running with Bitdefender free antivirus off
5. Win XP Compatibility
6. Run as Administrator

7. Checked the fix listed in #45 evernote2onenote does not start, but have plenty of folders in my Evernote

8. Versions
   Evernote2Onenote 1.1.9 (tried 1.1.8 also with the same result)
   OneNote 2016 (free standalone desktop)
   Evernote 5.9.5.9380
   Windows 7 64-bit (Home Premium)

If you get an UAC prompt when starting:
right-click on the exe, select "properties" from the context menu. Then at the bottom, click "Allow" and then OK.

if that doesn't work, then something else is wrong, but definitely not with Evernote2Onenote...
