#64 Internal notelinks not converted

Succesfully imported notes from Evernote to Onenote. (thanks for that)

Internal notelinks from Evernote are still opened in Evernote. (When clicking on them in Onenote)

Personally i make heavy use of the internal note links.
It would be fantastic of those Evernote Internal-notelinks would be converted to Onenote-notelinks
