Problems parsing from .ENEX file. Here's a screen shot: ( in ParseProb.jpg )
I see this problem either through importing directly from Evernote or importing from a .ENEX file.
If I look at this in the .ENEX file, I see this ( HEX top / ASCII bottom )

I can post the .ENEX file to Google Drive if that would help.
There are 68 notes in that file, but only 10 are imported.
Are you using Onenote2013? Can you try the 2016 version? It's available for free from onenote.com, and it does not interfere if you have office 2013 installed (I know, I did it).
Try version 1.1.9. It might fix the problem.
