What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a folder within a folder in Evernote
2. Try to import it using Evernote2Onenote
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
1. It should import the notebooks.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1. 1.0.0.135 on Windows 8

That works fine for me if I put notebooks in a stack.

I am experiencing the same problems. I used this tool some time ago, and will try previous versions, but I am unable to import any stacks, period. Seems to be a problem getting it into OneNote properly, rather than getting it out of Evernote.
