#29 Creates notebook but no sections or notes

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run Evernote2Onenote.exe
2.Select Evernote notebook
3.Select Start Import

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Extracting notes from Evernote, then Parsing notes from Evernote with progress bar advancing.
Actual: Extracting notes from Evernote, then Parsing notes from Evernote. No progress bar. Notebook is created in Onenote with no sections and no notes.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 8.1
Onenote 2013 (15.0.4623.1002) MSO (15.0.4623.1002) 32-bit
Evernote 5.4.1.3962 (271962) Public
Evernote2Onenote 1.0.8.156
