What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

It shows the progress but nothing is produced in onenote

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.08/1.07/1.06/1.05 on Windows 7 Home premium 64bit

Everything seems to work well, but I can't find any note in my OneNote application.

if you have OneNote that comes with office, E2O creates a new notebook and adds the notes there.
If you have the free version of OneNote, then the notes are added to the "unfiled" or "quicknotes" section. Look for that section and you should find the notes.
