#21 Unhandled Exception

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch Evernote2OneNote
2. Select Notebook for import from dropdown menu
3. Click "Start Import"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Import process will not run, error message pops up.  A screen shot is attached.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Evernote to OneNote 1.0.6 on Windows 7, OneNote 2013
