#18 .NET Unhandled Exception

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Evernote2Onenote
2. Select Evernote notebook to export
3. Click the Start Import button

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
After clicking the "Start Import" button, I get a Microsoft .NET Framework unhandled exception report.  Image and full text below.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
