What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Created New Notebook called Gmail Import and created two test notes
2. Used it as "Evernote Notebook"
3. Used imap.gmail.com (imap is not disabled)
4. Used david@hshco.com as Username
5. Entered Password correctly
6. Entered Notes as base folder
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
import gmail inbox notes into Evernote into Gmail Import Notebook
export two test notes
I see "synchng notebook Gmail Import. Finished. Operation Cancelled"
Nothing appears to happen
(Version is 1.0.0.118, Evernote Version
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Only notes in the IMAP folder "notes" are synched, not the inbox.
You can specify the IMAP folder you want to synch in the EvImSync dialog.

4 notes sync from evernote to gmail, then "Operation Cancelled" appear.
But I have thousand notes in that notebook.

Here is the fix.
Make sure notebook name in evernote does not contain space or special characters.
the imap folder for each evernote notebook should exist in gmail before the sync.
make sure there is no duplicate note in a notebook in ever notes.
good luck.
