The ability to handle login/registration solely from
IGB would be preferrential.

Admin via admin.php to add/remove users, and/or allow
user registration using IGB for users that provied a
password that is set by the admin user.

Nice idea, but it won't be around for a long time (months).

Currently I'm working flat-out on real-life stuff, and so
EVEkill is on hold for 6 more weeks. After that, I want to
get out version 0.1.6 and 0.2.0 in fairly quick succession.
