[Eulergui-user] integrated ReDeFer in EulerGUI for reading plain XML files

Hi

I integrated ReDeFer in EulerGUI for reading plain XML files. Elements and
attributes are translated into RDF / N3 predicates. This reuses the ReDeFer
project <http://code.google.com/p/redefer/>; more details on the conversion
here: the XML2RDF mapping <http://rhizomik.net/redefer/xml2rdf/>.

This is work in progress, and I may integrate also
Gloze<http://jena.hpl.hp.com/juc2006/proceedings/battle/paper.pdf>for
the same purpose.
I'll also integrate ReDeFer for converting XML Schemas. I have tested it
with the XForms Schema.
