save project as N3: now this scenario works:
- add a triple about project URI in Tools / Internal KB in N3 editor
- save Project in File / Save project in N3
- the added triple is in the saved file, and can be read in EG
fixed : file URI's coming out of Jena N3 writer are post-processed by replacing
file:///home...
with
file:/home...
for coherence with (erroneous) Java generated URI's.
TODO:
- apply when URI change only when project still has default URI.
