#42 Remove detecting SAM440EP/Flex when workaround applied for gfx card mode

Remove the detection of SAM440EP/Flex hardware when the workaround is applied to graphic card mode in Picasso96.c.

Disabling of the workaround was added from the special E-UAE version from Soft3 (Massimiliano Tretene), but it turned out that it causes wrong colors on the suggested graphic cards.
