#10 Proxy support

Hi aarun,

Yesterday, my blog was moved to private network that not allowed me to access twitter and other internasional routing. So, my autopost plugin cannot reach the twitter server to send the status. But, I have http proxy to connect the server (using shell access, but except the blog). For the example, my proxy IP is 10.252.22.122 and using port 8080. The username and password is admin/admin.

Could you develop the next release or give some quick hack to do this ? So, I can post status to twitter using your plugins :)
