#3 Incomplete rebuild when more than one project is open
When more than one ETLA project is open at the same
time, rebuilds will miss arbitrary files. This can only
be worked around by closing all projects, opening only
the project to be rebuilt, and enforcing a rebuild
(e.g., by changing and saving one of the files).

I added a few comments and clarifications to the builder
visitor where I didn't understand why things were done this
way. I believe that these may point to where the problem
lies, but cannot quite fix it because of lack of
understanding. If somebody could have a look at these
comments and add some statements to them or fix the issue if
it becomes clear from the information in the comments...
