#3 add a fade-in for each new note

all sorts of more advanced synthesis stuff like envelope ADSR stuff would be great, but you need to add at least a slight attack fade-in to avoid the click the happens when a note starts.

• Regarding the note-start fade in: I will add linear fade in at note start in 0.2.0 release. (In current release, note ending is already using linear fade out) It will also come with options to disable them.

• Regarding a full ADSR envelope: considering that Etheric Synthesizer is written to emulate theremin sound, I don't think that is a suitable feature to add.

Sounds great. I wasn't really requesting ADSR, just stating that all sorts of effects are possible in principle, but the only real issue is to avoid the digital click, something no Theramin would have, of course.
