#66 half finished e1000 update

This is an update of the e1000 driver to version
6.0.60 of the linux pendant that I started
last year, but did not find enough time to finish it.
It is fairly large, and probably not all new
functions are needed.
I don't remember whether this works at all, so don't
be surprised if it does not.
