Hi Ken

I found a few minutes this morning and cleaned up a few things.  I have ifdefed the debugging information but left TFTM_DEBUG defined so that it shows for now.  

Please go ahead and release the next 5.3 version at your leisure.

The tulip driver has been Multicast enabled.  There is one small update to etherboot.h.  As per the Wiki, Multicast and tftm needs to be enabled in the Config file.

I have reliably tested that it works with three clients.  Hopefully multicast tftp will be of use to someone.
