To developers using $CVSROOT/etherboot/etherboot-5.3

Due to cvs import ignoring directories called core and me importing them
separately and getting the places in the directory wrong, you may be
missing arch/{i386,ia64}/core if you did a checkout before now.  So you
should do an update. I think that will fix it, if not a checkout of
those directories should.
