[Etherboot-developers] tlan driver - Working in 5.0

Hi

I committed another change to the 5.0 (and 5.1) drivers.  They now work
in both versions.  I had to add a udelay(5) to the Transmit for the
revision 48 card that I have.  It only seemed to be required for 5.0 but
I did not bother making it revision or version specific.

Ken, if you could test the card you have, I would be interested in
knowing whether your card requires the delay in 5.0.
